"For The Darkest of Winter" is a hand-poured soy wax candle from our apothecary collection, set in a softly glowing amber jar that suits a windowsill, a bedside table, or a mantel just as well. Notes of mulling spice, orange rind, toasted walnut, rum unfold slowly as it burns, layering scent the way a good evening layers mood. Poured in small batches in Ontario, Canada with clean, paraffin-free soy wax, it burns evenly for approximately 50 hours before the jar is empty. At 220g, it is generously sized, and the amber glass jar can be repurposed once the wax is gone.
